CHALLENGE: Developing a long-term program in order to expand its customer base and increase brand loyalty.
SOLUTION: We've developed a loyalty program, in which registered users could win every day rewards. Twice a month the gift fund is updated and the user can choose the gifts, he/she would like to receive. The program includes the registration on the site, as well as various activities (likes, recipe reviews, recipe publishing, etc.). Every action brings some chances to the user to use them in the prize draw: the more the chances are, the bigger probability to get an interesting prize is. The program mechanics allows to weekly increase its customer base up to 500-1300 new registrations, as well as to enhance user loyalty and their engagement.
