CHALLENGE: Developing a mobile app as a part of an innovative loyalty platform to increase the MOTUL brand sales in a special channel.
SOLUTION: We've developed an innovative online platform TradeChallenge with an integrated mobile app to help in motivating sales teams, traders and managers in retail outlets. This platform also means an independent network increase in base members. TradeChallenge provides a wide range of gifts available to get anywhere in Russia. The next program version will gradually eliminate the cost of sales representatives thanks to the option, which allows managers to book specially crafted products directly from the app.
